
孙炳新,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,williamhill中国副院长,兼任辽宁省食品质量与安全学会理事长,美国罗格斯大学食品科学系访问学者。主要从事食品包装与农产品贮藏保鲜等方面的研究,主持辽宁省科技重大专项项目课题、揭榜挂帅项目课题、科技特派团等教学科研课题10余项,在Food Packaging and Shelf Life、Postharvest Biology and Technology、食品科学等国内外期刊发表科研论文30余篇,申请并授权发明专利5项。获辽宁农业科技贡献三等奖、沈阳市科技进步三等奖、沈阳市农村科技推广奖二等奖和省级科学技术研究成果奖等多项奖励。主编/参编中国轻工业规划教材《食品包装学》等3部,主编/参编《活性包装与现代食品保鲜技术》《果蔬贮藏及物流保鲜技术》等专著4部。
